I led a team of four managing Telstra’s IMS infrastructure on Ericsson’s platform — 500,000+ subscribers at 99.95% availability, with call drop rates cut by 10%. On the platform side I have mentored teams through OpenShift adoption, and built Grafana and Prometheus monitoring as infrastructure-as-code that reduced incident response time by 35%.
